1. Open archiPDF
Design > Architools > archiPDF. The palette opens with an empty viewer.
2. Open a PDF
Click Open and browse to any PDF on your computer. It loads into the palette and you can scroll, zoom, and navigate pages with the toolbar.
3. Find text
Use the Find box to search text inside the PDF. Matches highlight and jump to the first occurrence: useful for spec lookups and code references.
4. Place a page
With a Layout, Plan, Section, or Worksheet active in Archicad, select a page range in archiPDF and click Place. Each page lands as an image you can position and scale like any other image.
5. Copy content
Select text or a region inside the PDF and copy it. Paste into a Text element or anywhere else that accepts text/image, no need to round-trip through a separate PDF reader.
