1. Sign in
Go to zone.architools.net and sign in with your Architools account. If you already subscribe to the archiZone Archicad add-on, your WebApp access is already active.
2. Create a project
From the dashboard, click New Project. Enter the project name, location (city-specific terminology applies), site area, and target zoning ratios.
3. Add buildings and floors
Inside the project, add one or more buildings. For each building, define floors (Ground Floor, Upper Floors, Semi-Basement, Basement, Green Space) with their areas.
4. Check compliance
The Zoning Compliance panel shows ISHP, ISPN, ISN, and IGJ indices with pass/fail indicators in real time. Adjust floor areas and the indices update instantly.
5. Run investment analysis
Switch to the Investment tab to add cost-per-sqm inputs and sales prices for apartments and commercial spaces. The WebApp calculates total cost, expected revenue, and ROI.
6. Share or export
Use Export to generate Excel reports or print-optimized sheets. Cloud save is automatic; share a project with collaborators directly from the project page.
