How do I pair the WebApp with Archicad?
Install the archiZone Archicad add-on and sign in with the same Architools account. Use Load in the add-on's Project Info section to pull a WebApp project into Archicad, or use Save to push Archicad data up. Syncing is bidirectional and respects the last-modified timestamp.
Which browsers are supported?
Any modern browser, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, on desktop, tablet, or mobile. No installation required. Some heavy features like the IFC 3D Explorer work best on desktop with a discrete GPU.
How big can an IFC file be for the IFC 3D Explorer?
Most consultant-sized IFC files load within a few seconds on desktop. Very large federated models (100+ MB) may take longer to parse and can be memory-heavy on mobile. For large files, split by discipline or use the Explorer to inspect specific stories rather than the whole model at once.
Can I share a project with a client who doesn't have an Architools account?
Collaborators currently need an Architools account (free sign-up works). For read-only sharing without an account, use the print-optimized export to generate a PDF or Excel report.
Is my data backed up automatically?
Yes: all project data is cloud-saved automatically on every change. A revision history tracks changes and lets collaborators see who edited what. Exports (Excel, print-ready reports) are generated on demand.
What happens to investment analysis when zoning changes?
Change any floor area, cost input, or sales price and the entire analysis (total cost, revenue, ROI) recalculates instantly. There's no 'save and refresh' step: the numbers stay current.
Which Kosovo cities have tailored terminology?
Prishtina, Prizren, Peja, Mitrovica, and more. City selection affects labels and rule variants without changing the underlying ISHP/ISPN/ISN/IGJ math.
Can I switch languages mid-project?
Yes: toggle between Albanian and English from the header at any time. All project data stays intact; only the UI labels change.
Does the WebApp work offline?
No: the WebApp needs a connection to save and sync. Short disconnects are handled gracefully (changes queue until the connection returns), but extended offline use isn't supported.
