archiTweaks is a bundle of View Map and Layout Book tools for Archicad. Its core, the archiViewMap palette, lets you tame long View Maps by hiding whole folders or specific views inside cloned folders, so you only see what's relevant for the current phase of work.
Why you need this
Established projects accumulate dozens of views: design development, coordination, presentation, for-construction, as-built. Most of the time you only care about a small subset. archiTweaks creates a filtered working view without deleting anything from your actual View Map.
What you can do
- Hide entire folders or specific views from your working palette
- Clone the folder structure showing only visible views
- Search the View Map to find views instantly
- Place a drawing into a Layout directly from the palette
- Re-link already-placed drawings to other views in the Layout
- Align drawings across layouts, generate layouts from a CSV, and bulk-relink drawings: see Features & Workflows
