How do credits work?
Each generation consumes credits, and the exact cost depends on the look and quality you choose: it's shown in-app before you generate. Your plan gives you a monthly allocation that refreshes every billing cycle. Unused credits roll over depending on your tier: none on Starter, 1 month on Pro, and 3 months on Ultra, the Academic Pro Suite, and the archiTools Core bundle.
Why didn't my generation match my prompt?
The AI uses your captured view as the structural base and interprets your prompt as guidance. For more precise control, use the Sketch tool to draw annotations on the view (trees, people, mood notes): the AI respects these as strong hints. Also check Style Settings: if you picked 'watercolor' but asked for 'photorealistic sunset' in the prompt, the style setting wins.
Can I iterate on a generated result?
Yes: each generation creates a new variant. Keep the captured view, adjust style or prompt, and click Generate again. Results accumulate in the gallery so you can compare several attempts side by side.
What's the best way to guide the AI?
In priority order: (1) a clean captured view with the composition you want, (2) Style Settings matching your intended output, (3) Sketch annotations for specific elements the AI should include, (4) a short, specific prompt. Long prompts with contradictions tend to produce inconsistent results.
Can I place a generated image into Archicad?
Yes: in Archicad, click Place on Layout to drop the selected generated image directly into a Layout as a drawing or image object. No need to save externally and re-import.
Do generated images get saved automatically?
Yes: every generation is saved to your private gallery in Google Cloud, tied to your account, so you can revisit and download it later from any device. You can also download or place-on-layout any image, and delete anything you don't want to keep.
Does archiVisora work offline?
No: generation requires a connection to the AI service. You can still browse the interface and open the Sketch tool offline, but Generate is disabled.
Can I use archiVisora with multiple computers?
Yes: sign in on any supported machine with your Architools account. Credits are tied to your account, not a specific install.
Which resolutions are available on each plan?
Starter renders up to 1K, Pro up to 2K, and Ultra up to 4K. The exact per-generation cost depends on the look and quality you pick and is shown in-app before you generate. Mixed usage is supported: you can spread a month's credits across 4K, 2K and 1K work however you like.
Does Google or anyone else train on my images?
No. Your viewport screenshot and prompt are sent to our AI providers, Google (Gemini and Veo) and specialist models hosted on fal.ai, for processing. Per Google's API terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train their models; other providers are governed by their own terms. Architools does not train AI on your content. We save your generations to your private gallery so you can access them: you can export or delete them anytime (see Data and privacy).
